SMS Station
For years, Petrobras University operated the SMS Station developed by Sábios to engage, raise awareness and encourage employees to adopt safe, healthy and environmentally friendly behaviors, inside and outside the workplace. Mobile Platform
for Collective Development
The mobile platform of collective development was a unique project in the world, through digital games, had as objective to educate workers about the risks in the workplace and procedures to make them safer. This playful form was a great differential of the project, simulating the real situations of the workers’ daily life. The games lasted an average of ten minutes and were played in groups, in which the participants shared ideas and experiences without having to leave the work environment. These benefits for workers, directly reflected in the results of the industries. The industries that used the mobile platform were food and construction, for leading a high number of accidents.
With immersive experiences from Sábios, Raízen trains 8,000 drivers throughout Brazil Raízen, an integrated energy company and one of the largest fuel distributors in the country, is using immersive experiences to train around 8,000 outsourced drivers who transport fuel to gas stations throughout the country. With this partnership, Raízen aims to improve the performance of professionals, prevent workplace accidents, contamination and fuel spills during unloading. André Luiz Coneglian Lazari, Safety, Health and Environment (SSMA) advisor for Raízen’s logistics sector, explains that this is the first time that outsourced transporters participate in training using an integrated platform that combines gamification and artificial intelligence. The choice for this type of technology was based on experiences also carried out by Sábios in other areas within the company.
